Who goes through the tribulation?

Rev 1:1 . .The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his
servants-- things which must shortly take place. And he sent and signified it by His
angel etc, etc.

The Greek word translated "shortly" tells us that the events depicted in the book of
Revelation will be completed within a relatively brief space of time.

The Greek word translated "signified" basically refers to indications: in this case, I'd
say they can be safely understood as a succession of red flags. In other words;
nobody knows the exact day nor hour of Jesus' return to rule the world, but the
events depicted in the book of Revelation will serve as early warnings to alert folks
that the time has come-- sort of like the act by act synopses used by folks
interested in operas like La Bohème, Hamlet, Madam Butterfly, Porgy and Bess,
South Pacific, and Don Giovanni.

If folks stuck in the Revelation era use John's letter like that; they'll have a pretty
good idea when to expect Jesus' arrival; and begin preparing themselves for it.

Those who go through the tribulation,are those that are not raptured when Christ calls his church out of the world.

God has the time set on his calender when things come to an end. Its all part of his great plan. He wont just wake up one morning and say i have had enough. He knows the exact hour day month and year he will wrap it up. When that day on his calender arrives,thats it.

Romans 9:28 - GOD will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.

Yes, firstly you may remember that JESUS received the sealed book of Revelation to open it's 7 seals after around 65 years of His ascension.
The seven Churches of Asia were being contamined with several spiritual problems, by the way, 5 of the 7 angels were admonished, rebuked by the Lord for tolerating within the Church the existence of serious errors spiritually speaking, as they are written in Revelation.

By the way, the Church of the Lord in Rome had walked into apostasy completely, spiritually apostate linked itself to the Roman Empire of the satanic Caesar, so it was despised by the Lord and not mentioned in Revelation, because the Church of Rome was completely dominated by the Satan's power and turned the cradle of Antichrist-1John 2:18-19- even until this current time. Take a look.

In my vision, Revelation 16:13-15 gives us an interesting clue( among others, for example Daniel 12:12) of JESUS's return, as follow:

13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs(why frogs?) come out of the mouth of the Dragon, and out of the mouth of the Beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of the great Day of GOD Almighty(the LORD's Day-seventh and last Day or seventh and last millennium).

And the Lord warned:
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame (see the comment below about inappropriate clothing for this wonderful event, similar that occurred with Adam and Eve in the garden of GOD in Eden-Genesis 3:8-10. Take a look.)

JESUS said: Matthew 25:6 - Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him;
The question is: Who really is going toward correctly for meeting JESUS in this current time of extreme darkness?

See, IT'S NOT ENOUGH to just have lamp-the Word of GOD-a lamp for the feet-Psalm 119:105;
It's necessary also to have oil, otherwise the lamp will go out, if it hasn't already the lamp gone out for good, but at midnight? In full darkness and terrors by night? Terrible, very terrible.

Understand, MIDNIGHT as the Lord said-Matthew 25:6-, it indicates the end of a Day (of a millennium) and the beginning of a new Day (of a new millennium) simultaneously. It is necessary to understand that GOD's clock does not stop, yeah, never stop, and it is running, every thousand years there is a turn of Day, understand? As happened in Eden-Genesis 3:8-10- and GOD found Adam and Eve completely naked, the clothe they made from the FigTree, one among other trees in the Garden, it was not enough to cover them from their nakedness. GOD needed to make an appropriate garment for that purpose. By the way, JESUS said through the book of Revelation, chap. 16: v.15: Behold, I come like a thief, Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he WALK NAKED, and they see his shame.
