Death is the end of dying. Daily we suffer the pangs hell the wage of sin leaning towards an end never to rise to new spirit life. Yoked with Christ our suffering the pang of hell is made lighter with a future living hope of rising on the last day under the Sun..
The flesh dies but the soul is eternal. We were created as Eternal beings.
In Scripture it states that are flush is only the temple the Holy Spirit. What we are is within inside of the Flash we are not the bones we are not the muscle we are not the tendons that is only the Temple of the Holy Spirit what is within us which is our soul goes on it moves on from this place that we call Earth to God in it's all with the judgment either we go beyond to Paradise or we go to hell one of the two.
Scripture states that everything that we have done throughout our lifetime will be judged.
And I think that for those who have been given much in the concept of becoming Christians. That everyone who is Christian will be judged more severely than those who are not Christian.
Paul writes in the scripture saying that for the pagans, that those who follow the law written in their heart are open to God's grace.
We should not ever begrudge others who come to the Lord, even though they do not come in a traditional way. It simply isn't our call to judge.
I figure I better quote to you the scripture that I'm talking about because you guys are terrible about not knowing scripture when it's read to you. You always have to be given a scripture verse otherwise you have no clue what's being read.
So if you go to Romans 2 versus 13 through 15
" for instance, pagans who never heard the law but are led by reason to do what the law commands, may not actually possess the law, but they can be said to be the law. They can point to the substance of the law engraved in their hearts- they can call a witness, that is, their own conscience- they have accusation and defense, that is their own intermental dialogue.
As you can see there is an opening for those who are pagans that follow the law of God.
There is an additional portion to that same reading that goes on in the next paragraph
It is trying to explain what a real Jew is and it's not talking about the Jews as a race it's talking about who are the people of God.
Romans 2:28 and 29
To be a Jew is not to look like a Jew and the circumcision is more than a physical operation. The real Jew is one who is inwardly a jew, and the real circumcision is in the heart- something not of the letter but of the spirit. Would you like that may not be praised by man, but he will be praised by God.
Now I've heard it told to me that this is actually talking about Jews but it is not talking about Jews as far as those of the nation of Israel. What it is talking about is us and the pagans and everyone else whose heart is circumcised because the person whose heart is circumcised is what God wants, is the person that God wants you to become.
And as the scripture States he will be praised by God
